We pride ourselves on our aftercare and support, we understand the importance of the systems we install and take a life long approach to our support. We intend the core infrastructure of our installations to remain in place for the lifetime of the property and our servicing and support is designed to maintain the equipment to provide as much value and longevity as possible.

All of the systems we install are covered by our “concierge” maintenance service. We appoint a dedicated support engineer to your project who will provide a personal 24/7 support service. We are often able to resolve issues remotely via our support portal.

The systems we install feature intelligent fault reporting, this means we receive notifications if there are any issues, we can then proactively resolve faults before they appear obvious to the end user.

The hardware we install requires periodic firmware updates, this is generally undertaken on a quarterly basis where we ensure every device on the network is running the latest firmware and that all security patches are applied. This is also a good opportunity to make any changes to programming or system functionality.
